Delivered live without computers, using vintage-flavoured synths, drum machines, vocoders and samplers all hooked together via midi, Tvål’s sound takes its cues from the electronic end of krautrock, synth-heavy library & soundtrack music of the late 70s & early 80s, early Depeche Mode b-sides, the moogier end of Sun Ra, and the sampledelic first few years of Mo’Wax.

The album has picked up excellent coverage in local and underground press and radio, as well as a feature and review in May 2025’s Electronic Sound magazine and airtime on Stuart Maconie’s Freak Zone on BBC6Music.
