Headswitcher Picky New Promotions

At The Lab in Northampton on Friday Jun 20, Picky New Promotions are proud to present
Northampton’s own HEADSWITCHER for a headline gig!
Headswitcher draws inspiration from 90s grunge, classic punk rock, and 70s metal, creating a sound
that is both heavy and raw, perfectly complemented by their energetic live performances. Formed in
2023, the band is fronted by singer-songwriter and rhythm guitarist Kirk Jolly, alongside rhythm/lead
guitarist Oli Rumens, bassist Callum Brown, and drummer Harry Hunter. Each member has been
deeply involved in the local music scene through various bands.
With several East Midlands gigs under their belt, Headswitcher is set to expand their following both
locally and beyond. Their first single, ‘Around,’ was released on May 2 and they are currently
working on their debut EP.
Support comes from a dynamic lineup of bands, each bringing their own loud and punky vibes:
Northampton's GARROTTE, Bristol-based THE ISSUES, and London's DIRTY WORK.
